Lent starts on Ash Wednesday, 18th February and we have two services that day at 11.00 am and 7.30pm. Both are Communion services with the opportunity to be marked with an ash cross on your forehead.

We also have a Lent Group starting on Monday 23rd February from 7.30pm - 9.00pm in church.  'Follow me' helps us to explore our faith and journey with Christ through Lent - it runs for 6 weeks.

There are a number of other resources available to help you reflect during Lent - see the newssheet on the What's on page for more up to date information.

Foodbank:   St Paul's is a venue for Runnymede Foodbank. Go to our Foodbank page here for more information.

Tea and Chat:  Meets on Thursdays between 1 and 2pm, mostly attended by older people but is open to everyone.  For those who would like to stay a Communion Service follows at 2pm. Tea and Chat generally meets term-time only - see weekly news page for the most up to date information.

The Alpha Course is a great way to think about the basics of Christianity and discuss them together, with a light meal. Our recent Alpha course has now finished, but keep an eye out for the next one.  If you are interested in Alpha or any of our other groups or courses, do contact the parish office for more information.

Open Space Project:  Thank you to all who have responded to the questionnaire from Your Fund Surry about our Open Space Project.  For more information about the project see here.  Our proposal got the green light from the panel, but we now have new conditions to have other money in place before YFS will go any further, so we have more work to do.  If you can volunteer time and expertise to help with this process do let us know.  Please pray for the next steps.
